Weekly Gathering Movie Night and Discussion "Zapatista Women" Thurs., April 10 at 7:15pm Women's Resource Center, Blue Room NIU Campus - Corner of Normal & Lincoln This short (30 min) movie features interviews of women insurgents of the Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN). The EZLN is a militant group of indigenous peoples in Mexico fighting for better living conditions. This movie introduces us to the conditions facing indigenous women in Mexico, and how those women plan to change them. After the movie, Ed Alanis will lead a discussion, providing additional information and answering questions about the Zapatista movement. Ed is a philosophy student and WRA member who has researched the Zapatista movement extensively.

These are free sexual health seminars that focus on the female body and women's health issues. All the things you wanted to know but were afraid to ask. This is nothing like your high school sex ed class! Both men and women are invited.
